Hats off to you for this unique photo of Mike!
He is such a colourful character – and that's not just because of all his tattoos and his style – I honestly believe that he also has a lot to say when the microphone is off and the guitars are unplugged.
Never saw him turn down a fans request for an autograph or photo but when I saw him before the shows here in Germany, he seemed somewhat of a loner and kept for himself whilst the rest of the band was always laughing and running about.
Maybe he's just the happiest when he's on stage or around his family or working on some old car.
This shot – although I have no clue if it was intended or not – kinda shows Mike’s other side…the real Mike Ness when he's off the stage…a soft spoken, solitary man, thinking up the next "Ball and Chain"…
If you got any more…please bring 'em on!

I worked really hard for those guys for many years and Mike, in particular has always been a loyal and awesome friend. He is so much more than so many people see. He is a gentle, kind and totally amazing man who thinks deeply and feels even more deeply. I was honored to work with him and the band.
I have YEARS worth of pictures of SD. This one in particular is up for sale on my deviant art account. I will make sure to let you know when I post the rest.
